Who we are
House Buying Partners operates this website to receive property inquiries and discuss potential purchases. For privacy questions, contact info@housesellingpartner.com, call (813) 328-6168, or write to 15 8th St N #115, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, USA.
Information you provide
The initial inquiry form asks for your property address, phone number and email address. The optional next step collects your name and information you choose to provide about the property, your situation, timing and appointment preferences. We also receive information you provide when communicating with our team. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank credentials or other sensitive information in the website forms.
Website and campaign information
Our website and service providers process technical information used to deliver, secure and operate the site. This may include your IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, referring/campaign information and identifiers associated with calls or advertisements. The site captures supported campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers when present. Browser tab storage helps preserve the inquiry between steps and campaign information during navigation. The inquiry draft expires after one hour without changes; that does not delete an inquiry already saved in our systems.
Website analytics
We use PostHog and Google Analytics to understand visits, page navigation, button interactions and whether website inquiry steps succeed or encounter errors. Google Tag Manager loads our Google Analytics tags. Analytics uses randomly generated browser identifiers and may use cookies or browser storage to connect activity. We do not enable advertising personalization in this website analytics setup. We configure analytics to exclude form answers, seller names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses and inquiry access tokens. When analytics is available, we may keep these browser identifiers privately with your inquiry to connect later business outcomes, such as qualification or a booked appointment, to the website visit. The outcome events sent to analytics exclude your contact details, property information and CRM record identifiers. Analytics events do not determine whether you have agreed to calls or texts. Browser privacy tools or blocked scripts may prevent analytics from recording a visit.
How Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services
How we use information
We use information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate the property, explain potential offer terms, arrange appointments, maintain inquiry records, understand inquiry sources and protect the website against abuse. Submitting the first step saves an inquiry independently; it does not depend on completing the optional questionnaire.
Email, text and telephone communications
We may contact you about your property inquiry and appointment scheduling by email, text message or telephone. Where the required permission has been obtained, calls may use automated technology, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or an AI voice assistant. Submitting an inquiry or reading this policy is not, by itself, consent to every form of automated outreach. Any separate consent disclosure identifies the communications it covers. You may ask us to stop contacting you by using the contact information above; email messages may also include an unsubscribe method. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Calls are recorded and transcribed, including calls handled by an AI voice assistant. Recordings and transcripts may be used to document the inquiry, arrange appointments and support follow-up.
Service providers and other disclosures
Our website uses Cloudflare for intake infrastructure and bot protection, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for inquiry management, email, text and telephone follow-up, AI-assisted appointment calls, and call/source tracking, Google for address suggestions, and Elfsight for displayed reviews. These providers may receive information needed for their features. Google receives the address text used to request suggestions. Provider features may use cookies or similar technologies and are also subject to their providers’ policies. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, security or investigate misuse. We may also share selected inquiries, including seller contact details and property information, with our network of partners or potential buyers to evaluate or pursue a property opportunity. Not every inquiry is shared. Consent given to House Buying Partners does not by itself authorize every partner to send automated texts or make artificial-voice calls; any partner outreach must have its own applicable basis and required permissions.
Retention and security
We retain lead records and associated data in our CRM indefinitely unless records are deleted in response to an applicable legal obligation or a request we honor. Recordings, transcripts and other inquiry information may be included in retained lead records. We take steps to protect information, but no system or transmission method is completely secure. The browser’s one-hour draft expiry does not delete information already received or constitute server-side deletion. Contact us using the details above about a correction or deletion request; we will evaluate the request and any record-preservation obligations under applicable law.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a communications permission. We may need information to verify your request. We will evaluate requests under applicable law, including any record-preservation obligations.
External resources
Links to county records and other external websites take you to services operated by others. Their privacy policies and terms apply to information you provide to them.
Updates
We may update this policy as our practices change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest version.
